A couple of days ago, I went online and found yummmmmy honey butter. I couldn't get it to turn out fluffy like my mom's, so there's still room for improvement. It's a recipe from Alton Brown for those of you who enjoy the cooking channel. Without further ado....
- 1 pound butter
- 1/4 cups honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Micah said it made the cornbread taste like corn cake; which, I'm informed, is what they actually call it in Brazil.

Already here it is, my recipe for honey butter, (I think it came from the great cook Deanna Miyasaki). Equal parts honey and butter? some .....(secret ingredient)...MARSHMELLOW CREAM!!!
