Make Believe

My heart goes out to you mother. I get to live 5 minuets from Michelle, 2.5 hours from Rachel, and 8 hours from Lanita. Where as you are 10, 12, and 17.5 hours away. But then again, you could be living an alternate life style and we'd never know it! So that got me thinking, what is my mother REALLY doing these days? If I were you I imagine myself spending my days at in the country riding horses, drinking milkshakes and swimming; or in the Puget Sound walking the piers, learning to sail ship, and catching swordfish; or, maybe the mysterious route of private investigating, anonymous cop and newspaper tipper, practicing stealth and defense techniques.
So really, this blog is to update the mundane routineness of my life. There are three noteworthy topics to mention. Firstly, Micah starts school Monday. This is good, because now I'll have a car parts of the day; however, obviously no one is partial to the load of homework. Secondly, we are down more nurses at work, this means an increased work load for me as well. Now, best for last, as hinted at, MICHELLE LIVES IN PROVO! This totally rocks my world. I've gotten to spend alot of time with her the last few days, a pattern I don't expect to continue with school approaching. She's been a sport to put up with me supplicating her attention.
p.s. what's a post without pictures?! Eden watching some goats at an animal farm

I think it's more like 22 hours, but as Mom said, who's counting?

Yeah! If that's what being a sport is, then I will gladly be a sport any day!

Yes and our children used to think that dinner appeared magically on the table and their clean clothes appeared magically in their closets....we know what moms do!!! Life has a way of moving on and by the time the kids are grown, we are content with the fun of being grandmas! Thanks for the fun post...you are all so amazing!! Huggies and good luck with school and work!

Reba! I miss you guys! Thanks again for everything.. you were seriously a lifesaver! I love checking up on you blog! I was wondering if I could put some pictures of Eden on my blog (the one where she is cleaning the walls and the fake smile one.) I kinda want to brag about how awesome my visiting teacher was!
